Namaste (Welcome)
I am a certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher, Sound Healer and Kirtan facilitator with over 1,200 hours of training across the East and West. My work bridges the depth of Eastern yoga philosophy with the creativity and embodiment of Western approaches, offering an integrated path of healing, awareness, and transformation.
Rooted in the Jivamukti Yoga lineage, my classes weave asana, pranayama, meditation, chanting, sound, and philosophy into a soulful, grounded practice. Each session becomes a journey of self-inquiry and devotion — a space to connect body, mind, and spirit while cultivating compassion and presence. With experience teaching in Europe and Asia, I hold space for both dynamic and introspective practices, helping students move beyond the physical and into the subtle layers of being.

Jivamukti Yoga
Jivamukti yoga is a path to enlightenment through compassion for all beings. the method is rooted in the original meaning of asana — “seat, connection” — our relationship to the earth and to all life.
Developed in new york in the 1980s by sharon gannon and david life, jivamukti blends asana, meditation, mantra, music, and philosophy into a holistic practice that nourishes both body and soul.
Its foundation rests on five pillars — ahimsa (non-violence), bhakti (devotion), dhyana (meditation), nada (sound), and shastra (scripture). this lineage invites us to live yoga beyond the mat — through veganism, environmental awareness, and spiritual activism — cultivating compassion in action and connection with all beings.
Hatha & Hatha flow
The essence of Hatha Yoga lies in the interplay of “Ha” and “Tha,” the two primary nadis that shape our experience of the world. “Ha” embodies solar energy, while “Tha” reflects lunar energy.
My approach to Hatha is rooted in tradition, enriched with elements of Vinyasa, to harmonize the dual energies present within each of us.
In my classes, we focus on mindful alignment, conscious breath, and individual poses, creating a practice that cultivates both strength and flexibility in the body, and stillness and clarity in the mind.
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a complementary practice to more dynamic yoga styles, that incorporates elements of Chinese medicine.
It’s a passive, slower practice that allows you to turn inward and tune into your mind, your emotions, and the physical sensations of your body.
In yin yoga, we hold postures for longer while not giving our maximum effort, as it works on our deep tissues by releasing tension.
Sound healing is a journey through vibration and resonance, guiding the body and mind back into harmony. Using singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, I weave sound with the power of mantras—sacred words or sounds that open the heart and focus the mind.
In this space, tension melts, the mind softens, and inner stillness emerges. Each tone and vibration invites you to release, restore, and reconnect with your own natural rhythm, creating a sense of balance, clarity, and deep well-being.
